Digital Academy: Quest

Quest is the most challenging program that IOB offers. It is an online, personalized learning opportunity for advanced students who are interested in determining their own learning path.

Think of it as part independent study, part creative lab.

Quest is an opportunity for advanced students to determine their learning path and make progress toward their goals—all within a community of other like-minded neurodivergent learners.

The program comprises three main components:

  • Bi-weekly mentorship on Discord

  • A digital whiteboard on Figma where students can share their progress and collaborate with others

  • A communication channel on Discord where students can discuss their progress with peers

Quest helps students stay motivated, earn confidence, learn how to set goals, practice feedback, and take ownership of their learning journey by providing personalized guidance, a virtual platform for collaboration, and a supportive online community.
